Digital Health Solutions for Vulnerable Populations Community Engagement Listening Sessions

PHI would like to understand the challenges, experiences, and concerns of vulnerable populations in managing health and well-being, identify promising community practices to prevent or solve problems, and assess the role of digital technologies as solutions to engage and support populations. During June 2016, PHI will conduct 3 community listening sessions in 3 locations:

    1. New York: Bronx
    2. Kentucky: Louisville
    3. Florida: Miami-Dade

Are you a community-based organization working on a specific issue(s) of concern to your community and have solutions for what can be done to prevent or solve them?

PHI is looking to partner with community organizations in the above locations to assist with the planning, implementation and facilitation of these listening sessions. Listening Session participants will include community leaders and individual community members.
