The Vision of CITPH is to:

• To be a leading research and policy authority that supports the adoption and sustainable use of affordable and beneficial technology-enabled innovations into public health practices that promotes health equity through reducing the burden of disease and eradicating disparities.

The Goals of CITPH are to:

• Identify and inform public health and policy about emerging trends in innovations and technologies.

• Promote the research and evaluation of technology-enabled interventions with the greatest promise for improving public health statewide, nationally, and internationally.
